Your rate is read from your active customers on the 1st of each month and applies to your whole book. A rung you reach is held for at least three months.

Paid in your own currency. Withdrawals from RM100 in Malaysia or Rp400.000 in Indonesia, or at quarter end whatever the balance. Malaysia is paid by local transfer or DuitNow; Indonesia by Wise, with the transfer fee off the amount.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. There is no fee, no stock and no minimum. You need a WhatsApp number and a bank account in your name.
How much can I earn?
Ten customers on RM49.90 at the 22.5% rung is about RM109 a month, every month they stay. Fifty customers at 27.5% is about RM665. The rate rises with your active customers, and the tier guide in your portal shows every rung.
When do I get paid?
Commission is credited 14 days after the customer's payment lands, so a refund can never leave you owing us. You are paid in your own currency and withdraw from your portal once you have RM100 (Malaysia) or Rp400.000 (Indonesia) payable, or at quarter end whatever the balance. Malaysia is paid by local transfer or DuitNow; Indonesia by Wise, fee deducted.
What do I actually have to do?
Send your link, answer questions, and let the customer see their site before they pay. We build it, host it and handle support. Your portal has a pitch page and a closing page written for you.
Can I bring in other affiliates?
Yes, one level. Their customers count toward your tier and you earn 5% on their customers' payments. Total commission on any one customer never goes above 40%, so nobody is paid out of thin air.
What if a customer cancels?
Commission stops when they stop paying. If they cancel before a commission has cleared, that commission is reversed. Nothing already paid to you is taken back.
Why do you approve by hand?
Because you will be speaking for Ruuno. We check the name and number, then switch you on, usually within a day.
